Taste of Europe is precisely what the name suggest – a bakery café with European-inspired menu choices. Their menu items are excellent, as they should be since the family that owns this café originally came from Greece. Their family recipes are to die for, and their coffee is simply excellent. No matter where your accommodation in Sydney is, this place is a must-try!
3. Elbon Coffee
Elbon Coffee has been a Double Bay staple since 1957. This café has been around for a pretty long time and is well-loved by locals and tourists alike. It’ll be a tad difficult to just walk into the restaurant to find a seat so we suggest getting a reservation beforehand. Ask your waiter for their must-try items! You certainly won’t regret making that reservation.

Simmone Logue is popular for its excellent food and catering services, but their coffee’s great too. Their café also serves excellent food, on par with their famous catering services. If you’re up for some fine dining with great coffee, then try Simmone Logue out. This is a do-not-miss eatery, so if you’re not from the area take the opportunity to get a meal here during your stay. It’s a quite accessible place from any Sydney accommodation in Double Bay.
8. White Rabbit
White Rabbit is a charcuterie dedicated to serving you the finest food, if meat is what you’re craving for. They also serve wine and beers, and coffee should you want it. White Rabbit is a fine-dining restaurant without the stuffiness of needing to wear your best suit or cocktail dress.
