The location of the Savoy Hotel in Double Bay allows our Guests to easily access all the wonderful sights of Sydney and its surrounds. The main tourist centres of Darling Harbour, Sydney Convention Centre, Theatres & Cinemas and Circular Quay are within 10min of the hotel by public transport or taxi.

Trains

The Edgecliff railway station (on the Eastern Suburbs line from Central Railway Station or Town Hall Station) is within 10 -15 minutes walk of the hotel, although guests should be aware the walk to the station is uphill Of course the good news is the return walk to the Savoy Hotel is much easier. With only a couple of stops you are in the heart of Sydney CBD.

Buses

There are regular bus services to the City. The bus stop is located within 100 metres of the Savoy Hotel. Buses run 7 days a week.

The Double Bay Ferry wharf is only a few minutes walk from the Savoy Hotel, with ferries operating 7 days per week The ferries offer a wonderful way to experience the beauty of Sydney Harbour.

Taxis

There is a taxi rank just a few meters from the Savoy Hotel. We do suggest you pre-book a taxi during high demand times of the day.

Parking

Parking is available at the Wilson car park, underneath the Intercontinental Hotel, 33 Cross Street Double Bay. It costs from $33.00 per day, although extra days are discounted if you book online, and it is an easy 50 metre walk to the hotel via an arcade from Cross Street to Knox Lane. Street parking is free from 6PM each evening until 9AM the following morning. Feel free to contact the hotel to discuss those options.
